The Robert Welch Professional V 22cm Bread Knife features a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang.The German steel is hardened to Rockwell 57 making it ideal for everyday use for both the keen cook or professional chef.The ergonomic handle provides a firm and comfortable grip and is made from tactile DuPont™ POM complete with the Robert Welch insignia. Each of the professional V knives are designed with a larger handle and are heavier in the hand than the signature collection.The bread knife uses the serrated blade to slice bread smoothly and prevents tearing and squashing the delicate dough. The blade will easily master crusty loaves as well as softer and more delicate bakes.The Robert Welch Professional V 22cm Bread Knife comes complete with a Robert Welch lifetime guarantee.
