A CORNER OF TUSCANY, MAREMMA: The ideal example of a Tuscan farm, Rocca di Montemassi is a mosaic of technology and wisdom that cultivates grains and Maremma livestock, all while being home to vineyards that generate wines full of strength and character SASSABRUNA: Considered a 'Super-Tuscan' wine of great complexity, this still red blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, and 10% Syrah grapes is rich, full-bodied and all-encompassing with an unforgettable, intense ruby colour. Best served chilled at 10-12°C THE CRAFT: Must collected from fully ripe grapes is vinified in vertical fermenting devices for 20 days followed by a period of malolactic fermentation.
