This Rockingham Forge 25.5cm Equilibrium Chef's Knife is designed to be used for most slicing, dicing and chopping tasks, but is equally useful for more demanding tasks in the kitchen, such as cutting thick root vegetables as well as dense meat.Complete with a curved blade that allows you to easily mince fruit and vegetables, by rocking the knife on a cutting board.Equilibrium blades are made from high quality German chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is ice-hardened for lasting sharpness and rust resistance.The handles are made from black POM material in a curved design which provides a perfect and comfortable grip, weighted by the through-tang steel construction. The highlight of the Equilibrium range is the perfect balance of the knives which sit comfortably in the hand, encouraging a professional 'rocking' cutting action.  Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD).
