MINIMUM 10 YEARS TROPICAL AGING – A Panamanian rum from the XO Collection, distilled from local molasses and tropical aged for a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Crafted using the traditional pallet method, it embodies the fresh Latin American rum style with notes of sun-dried raisins and chocolate. SMOOTH, APPROACHABLE TASTING NOTES – Mahogany in colour with a sweet and fruity nose featuring hints of cocoa, coffee, and lemon peel. Light bodied on the palate with notes of acacia honey, chocolate, and hints of lemon fruits and apricot. The finish is clean, soft, with a delicious and balanced sweetness. INSPIRED BY THE GREEN SEA TURTLE – Tortuga Verde, the green sea turtle, lives on the white sands of Central America, diving between the Pacific and Caribbean seas. This rum captures that same spirit of two oceans meeting. CRAFTED AT VARELA HERMANOS, PANAMA – Distilled using a multi-column still from local molasses and aged using the vintage pallet system. Bottled at 40% ABV for a smooth, approachable sipping experience. VERSATILE XO RUM – Excellent sipped neat or over ice, and equally at home in premium cocktails.
