Wear a mask while sanding to avoid inhaling dust. For stained or varnished wood, sand the surface with 120 grit sandpaper to remove old finishes and smooth the surface. Clean the surface with white spirit to remove dust. For new wood, lightly sand to even out imperfections and wipe down with white spirit. Usage Stir the tin well to mix the colour pigment.
