Sadolin Extra Durable Woodstain in Light Oak is designed for both softwood and hardwood surfaces, excluding decking or areas subjected to heavy wear and abrasion. It provides flexible protection and water repellency for joinery such as doors and windows, helping to resist peeling, blistering and flaking while delivering long-lasting colour and weather protection. For optimum durability on new wood, using Sadolin Classic as a base coat is recommended, particularly when treating hardwoods. The product is available in a 500 ml size, with pack sizes ranging up to 5 L. Coverage is up to 15 m² per litre on planed softwood or hardwood, and it dries to touch in 4–6 hours with a recoat window of 16–24 hours. Two coats are advised for best results, and the stain is applied with a brush for best performance.
