Sadolin Extra Durable Woodstain in Rosewood is formulated for both softwood and hardwood surfaces, excluding decking or areas prone to heavy wear. It provides flexible protection and water repellency for joinery applications such as doors and windows, helping to maintain a long-lasting finish. The stain offers tough weather protection with UV advanced protection and is designed to resist peeling, blistering and flaking while preserving a long-lasting colour. The product is supplied in a 5 litre size, with additional pack sizes available, and covers up to 15 square metres per litre on planed softwood or hardwood. For optimum durability on new wood, using Sadolin Classic as a base coat is recommended, particularly when treating hardwoods. The stain supports two coats and dries to a touch in 4–6 hours with recoat time of 16–24 hours. Use by brush and ensure proper application for best results.
