Sandtex Fine Textured Masonry Paint - Plymouth Grey - 5 L

Sandtex Fine Textured Masonry Paint provides a durable, breathable finish for exterior surfaces. Formulated with microporous technology, it seals against water ingress while allowing moisture to escape, helping protect render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks and previously painted surfaces. The paint creates a lightly textured finish that conceals hairline cracks and uneven walls. Available in Plymouth Grey, this water-based coating is designed for long-lasting protection and easier maintenance. A two-coat application is recommended for optimal coverage and performance. Typical coverage is 3–6.5 square metres per litre, with a touch-dry time of 3–4 hours and re-coating in 3–4 hours. Suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces, it is not intended for common, Fletton, or engineering-type bricks. The product combines dirt resistance with breathable, two-way moisture management, offering durable, lasting protection for up to 15 years.
