Sandtex Retail Fine Textured Masonry Sandstone 5 L

Sandtex Fine Textured Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable coating designed to protect and enhance exterior surfaces with a lightly textured finish. Suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces such as render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces, it helps conceal uneven walls and hairline cracks while allowing the surface to breathe. The product comes in a 5L container and is best applied with a brush to achieve effective coverage and texture. A two-coat application is recommended for optimum protection, with touch drying in 3–4 hours and re-coating possible after 3–4 hours.

The paint delivers long-lasting protection with a 15-year durability guarantee. It features microporous technology to prevent water ingress while allowing the surface to breathe, reducing the risk of moisture-related damage. In addition, the finish is dirt resistant and provides a waterproof, wax-based protection against the elements. It also dries to a rainproof surface in about an hour, helping exterior walls stay protected in varying weather conditions.
