Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint provides durable, breathable protection for exterior masonry with a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish. This water-based coating uses advanced microporous technology to seal against water ingress while allowing the surface to breathe, helping to suppress moisture-related issues and maintain colour and appearance over time. The paint is suitable for a wide range of exterior surfaces, including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and surfaces previously painted. For best results, apply two coats.

The product is available in Brick Red and is designed for long-lasting performance. It offers mould and algae resistance to help keep surfaces cleaner and more resistant to staining, while a dirt-resistant finish helps maintain an attractive appearance. It includes waterproof properties through a wax-based protection system and, being water-based, is easy to apply with a brush, roller, or spray. The coating is compatible with most sound, dry exterior substrates, though it is not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering type bricks. It provides breathable, two-way protection to allow air out and moisture in, contributing to the overall durability of the finish.
