Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint offers a breathable, water-resistant finish designed to protect and beautify exterior masonry. It uses advanced microporous technology to seal against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe, helping to prevent peeling and flaking and delivering a long-lasting, attractive coat.

The paint is water-based and compatible with brush, roller, or spray applications. It is suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces. For best results, apply two coats; typical coverage is 12–16 square metres per litre, with touch-dry times of 3–4 hours and re-coating after 3–4 hours. The formulation provides dirt resistance, helps protect against mould and algae growth, and includes wax-based waterproofing for enhanced weather resistance. A 15-year protection guarantee highlights its durability.
