Sandtex Retail Ultra Smooth Masonry Bitter Chocolate 1 L

Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint provides protection and a high-quality finish for exterior masonry. It is a water-based, breathable coating with advanced microporous technology that seals against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe. The formulation helps prevent mould and algae growth, is dirt resistant, and is designed for long-lasting protection and a polished appearance. The paint is available in Bitter Chocolate and comes in a 1L volume. It covers approximately 12–16 square meters per litre and generally requires two coats for optimal protection. Drying time is touch dry in 3–4 hours, with a re-coat time of 3–4 hours. It is suitable for application by brush, roller, or spray on most sound, dry exterior surfaces including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces, though not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering bricks.
