Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint offers breathable, microporous coverage that seals surfaces against water ingress while allowing moisture to escape. This water-based coating protects against mould and algae growth, provides a dirt-resistant finish, and aims for long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing results on exterior masonry surfaces. The formulation is suitable for most sound, dry exterior substrates and can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. The product is designed for two coats, with a color option of Somerset Pink, and is manufactured by Crown Paints.
