Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry paint delivers long-lasting protection for exterior walls with a breathable, water-based formula. The Microseal technology allows moisture to escape while preventing rain from soaking into the substrate, helping surfaces stay healthier and less prone to damp issues. Available in a 5 L size, this masonry paint covers approximately 12 to 16 m² per litre, depending on surface texture. It is suitable for a wide range of surfaces, including rendering, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and surfaces previously painted with emulsion or masonry paints. It dries to a weatherproof film in about an hour, offering quick protection while remaining easy to apply.
