This Scanpan CTX 32cm Saute Pan with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. The high sides to this pan allow for easy sauteing of potatoes and vegetables or browning meat without losing texture and moisture. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this saute pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.The curved sides work well with kitchen utensils and the stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior.
