This 12" / 30 cm uncoated carbon steel wok is designed for authentic Asian cooking and home stir-fries. Made from carbon steel, it heats quickly and evenly to help achieve high-heat searing and the familiar wok-hey flavor. The wok features a flat bottom for modern stoves and a bamboo handle that stays cool to the touch for comfortable handling. It is suitable for preparing about 2–3 servings and is compatible with all hob types, including induction. Developed in collaboration with Chef Jeremy Pang as part of the School of Wok range, it is intended to help home cooks master Chinese and Asian dishes from the outset. Prior to first use, the wok should be seasoned according to the manufacturer’s instructions to build up a natural patina that provides a non-stick surface over time.
