Description
The Schwalbe tube is designed for reliability and long air retention, built with high-quality materials and uniform wall thickness. It is offered in two execution options to suit different cycling needs: a standard tube and an Extralight version that delivers lower overall weight while maintaining the same level of reliability as Schwalbe’s standard tubes. Each variant uses a butyl bead and SV valve, with lengths tailored to common rim and frame clearances. The tubes are available in multiple sizes to match a wide range of tyres, from 18 to 32 millimetres in width and from 622 to 630 bead seat diameters, ensuring compatibility with many daily and road riding setups.
Two variants are available to balance weight and durability. The standard tube weighs 135 g and is listed for larger tyres around 28–32 mm, while the Extralight version weighs 75 g and targets lighter applications, including 18–25 mm and up to 25–28 mm widths. Both use a butyl bead and SV valves, with common valve lengths of 40 mm or 50 mm for the Extralight and 40 mm for the standard option. The tubes are sold in black and are compatible with rim sizes 622 and 630.
