Se Busca Madrecuishe Joven Mezcal 70cl, 45% ABV Small Batch Handcrafted Artisanal

This small-batch mezcal, masterfully overseen by Eleana Nuñez, uses 100% fully grown wild-harvested Madrecuishe agave. The agave is roasted in an earthen pit, crushed under a traditional Tahona stone, and double-distilled in copper-pot stills. Following a traditional 200 year old process, completely handmade, Artesanal Process Se Busca Joven is a small batch, handcrafted, artisanal Mezcal produced at the family-run Lopez Sosa distillery in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico. Se Busca Joven has a lighter smoke profile, which allows the rich, sweet, fruity & herbal flavours of our perfectly cooked, hand-harvested 100% Espadin agave to shine through. The result is a beautifully approachable, sweet yet complex liquid, perfect on the rocks or in a crafted cocktail. Unlike other mezcals and in true rebel fashion, our roasting methods diverge because we use indirect heat to slowly-roast the fresh picked agave allowing the flavour of the agave to not be overpowered by the smoke
