The distillery was built in 1889 originally housing 3 artisanal pot stills and it is believed that the family recipe was originally created to find an easier drinking alternative to Cognac, to appeal to a wider palette, especially of that of females, so that the whole community could celebrate together. SEVE XO includes wild Morello cherries, vanilla & orchard almonds and tastes of fruity aromas of peach, prune and candied fruits with underlying floral notes of jasmine and iris interwoven with the spices from the wooden barrels of Chocolate, vanilla and cigar box that give a long lasting and rich taste.
