Spectre™ by Forgefix combines an advanced multi-purpose wood screw design with features typically found on premium fasteners. These screws have a countersunk, pozidrive-compatible recessed head and are fully threaded up to 50mm, with a sawtooth thread to help prevent splitting. A reamer is included to help prevent jacking, and a quick start type 17 slash point facilitates easier driving. The fasteners are surface hardened and finished with a zinc yellow passivated coating for improved corrosion resistance. They are CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction, offering reliable performance in demanding woodworking applications.
