Sports Tape Combo Pack - We have bundled 2 of our most commonly used physio tapes, Zinc Oxide Tan Tape and Fixation Tape. Both of these tapes have been designed specifically for use in sport and are the most popular combination of physio tape. Fixation Tape - Commonly used alongside Zinc Oxide Sport Tape. Fix Tape helps sports tapes to stick better. They allow the tape to breath more, reducing the effect of sweat and rain. Fixation tape also protects the skin, especially in areas of movement such as the ankle, knee and shoulder. Zinc Tape - Zinc Oxide Tan offers the highest level of tensile strength, meaning it can be used to restrict or immobilise joints. Commonly used in conjunction with Fixation tape as an ankle strapping tape or knee tape for patella maltracking. Patella Taping - One of the most common uses for our sports tape combi pack is for knee pain. Using the McConnell technique, the fixation tape protects the skin and provides a base for the Zinc Oxide Athletic tape. The Zinc Oxide Tape is then used to correct the position of, and stabilise, the patella. It's your handy patella taping kit! Blister Prevention - Zinc Oxide tape is the most commonly used blister tape. When used alongside Fixation tape, it's effect can be increased. 5cm x 10m Fixation tape protects the skin in blister hotspots, and Zinc Oxide Tape 3.8cm reduces friction from your shoe.
