This cutting-edge, low-friction layer integrated inside the helmet is designed to reduce rotational motion transferred to the brain during angled impacts. By allowing a slight movement of the shell relative to the liner, MIPS® redirects harmful rotational forces, adding a critical dimension of safety beyond standard helmet construction. This means you get superior protection against the types of impacts commonly sustained in skiing and snowboarding falls.Customizable Style and All-Day ComfortThe Galactic isn´t just about safety, it´s about expressing your personal style on the slopes. Comfort is paramount for long days on the mountain, which is why the Galactic features a passive venting system that consistently draws fresh air in and pulls moist, warm air out, preventing overheating. The ear pads are also audio-compatible, allowing you to easily drop in your favorite sound system.Seamless Goggle IntegrationSay goodbye to the dreaded gaper gap.
