ST. GEORGE SPIRITS: Founded in 1982 by Jörg Rupf, St. George Spirits started a movement - blazing the trail for artisan distillers across the United States whilst creating spirits of uncompromising quality. UNIQUELY DISTILLED: We use two different distilling techniques to bring out the exact qualities we seek in our botanicals. Most of our ingredients are pot distilled whilst our more delicate Juniper berries and bay laurel are put in a steam basket for a lighter touch. 19 BOTANICALS: Juniper berries are surrounded by a whole host of botanicals that play off of its piney, earthy, tangy and spicy notes. Orris root, lime peel, star anise and fresh cilantro all feature in this flavour-packed spirit. SUGGESTED SERVES: Dry Rye Gin is a fantastic base for many classic cocktails, such as a French 75. It also stands in beautifully for blended scotch - you’ll never look at an Old Fashioned in the same way again.
