ST. GEORGE SPIRITS: Founded in 1982 by Jörg Rupf, St. George Spirits started a movement - blazing the trail for artisan distillers across the United States whilst creating spirits of uncompromising quality. UNIQUELY DISTILLED: We use two different distilling techniques to bring out the exact qualities we seek in our botanicals. Most of our ingredients are pot distilled whilst our more delicate Juniper berries and bay laurel are put in a steam basket for a lighter touch. EARTHY FLAVOURS: Fresh Douglas fir tips, California bay laurel and wok-roasted coriander combine with Coastal sage and orris root for a woodsy flavour that celebrates the wild beauty of the Golden State. SUGGESTED SERVES: Terroir Gin is excellent served on the rocks, or with a premium tonic. It really holds its own in many classic gin cocktails - try it in a Collins or a Bramble.
