This unparalleled approach creates fresh and crisp orchard fruit notes, followed by gentle smoke. LOCAL INGREDIENTS: Made with 100% local Danish barley grains that are floor malted in the distillery and dried using local Danish peat and heather, then double distilled in 24 small direct-fired copper pot stills to produce whisky with a rich flavour. DESIGNED IN DENMARK: Gently smoked single malt whisky with gentle bonfire smoke blending with elegant notes of citrus, honey and rich tobacco. Matured on-site in first-fill Bourbon oak barrels, first-fill fortified wine and spirits oak casks, and heavy charred new American white oak barrels.
