Still Spirits Air Infusion Basket

The latest product in the Air Still range, this stainless steel basket is suitable to infuse vodka and gin with botanicals, lemon or orange peel, cinnamon sticks, chilli or anything else similar that you'd like to put in! (Airstill not included) It is easily attached by clipping it into the side of the Air Still lid, simply align the clip on the basket with the lid. Older models of the Still Spirits Air Still may not have the lugs required, so please check yours first. Approximate dimensions: 11cm diameter, 2.5cm deep Please note, Still Spirits say to avoid any bits of botanicals from becoming stick in the cooling coil when using the basket in your still it is best to: Use a muslin cloth, hop bag or tea bag when using small botanical materials such as dried herbs and spices. Use plant material that are larger than the hole under the lid i.e. larger than 1cm in diameter. We do not recommend turning the top of the Air Still upside down when inserting the basket. Make sure no plant material falls into the hole.
