Transparent LED pendant light Demì becomes a unique lighting accent When switched off, Demì is barely visible due to its transparency, but as soon as the integrated LED technology is activated, the pendant light shines in all its splendour. The transparent lampshade is made of PMMA and features micro-engraving. A white ring with LEDs is embedded in the upper end of the dome, whose warm white light is distributed across the entire surface of the lampshade by the engraving. This causes the transparent lampshade to shine all around, making it appear as if the material itself is the light source. The innovative design was created by Mirco Crosatto and won the Red Dot Award in 2019. The brightness can be regulated with a suitable dimmer. This requires a DALI dimmer module, which can be purchased as an accessory for the light.
