Amazon Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, we’ve made a drier style relying on fruit intensity to deliver a lovely aromatic, and using time on lees to replace residual sugar as the textural element. Pear, lychee and quince, muddled with loquat, almond and nectarine. An attractive textured palate with a balanced, dry finish that suits drinking chilled on its own or served alongside pretty much anything … although we’d probably draw the line at beef or venison.
