General description ForgeFix TechFast Window Baypole screws are self-drilling screws designed for joining bay windows and other metal-reinforced PVCu sections. They feature a wafer head with a TORX® compatible recess and a No.3 drill tip that allows self-drilling into steel up to 4mm thick. These screws are fire-resistant and coated with 'Elementech' corrosion-resistant coating, which has been salt spray tested for 1000 hours.
