Fruit-forward Irish single malt finished in five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon) delivering a complex yet balanced symphony of flavors with refined malt character. Teeling Irish Single Malt 46% ABV Nose: Vibrant spice with elegant fruity notes of ripe melon, fig and yellow plums. Some creamy lemon cheesecake and apricot glaze too. Palate: Almost fizzy spice delivery with lots of creamy citrus, vanilla and yellow fruit (especially apricot and plum) aromatic oak, clove & glazed danish pasties. Finish: Lots of aromatic oak and spice, custard cream biscuits, pick and mix sweets, lemon icing.
