THE MAKING OF A MASTERPIECE: Setting the standard for artistry in whisky-making: The Dalmore is a masterpiece, made with a relentless focus on realising the full potential of our single malt. CIGAR MALT: The perfect accompaniment to the finest cigars, this Highland single malt scotch whisky is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon barriques, and Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks. PREMIUM SINGLE MALT: Hand-selected casks from the finest bodegas and wineries are expertly curated to create a sumptuous and premium scotch of legendary finesse; A special single malt. TASTING NOTES: This Dalmore whisky begins with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and red fruits; On the palate it offers tropical fruits, banana toffee and vanilla ice cream; With finishing notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and crushed spices. CASK FINISH: The whisky is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, and finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques and González Byass Sherry casks which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry.
