CRAFTED BY A BRITISH PIONEER OF PROSECCO ROSÉ DOC – The Emissary was founded by Edward Smith after years exploring the vineyards of Veneto, frustrated by the tide of mass-produced, sugary Prosecco flooding UK shelves. When Italy legalised Prosecco Rosé DOC in 2020, The Emissary was among the first UK brands to bring it to market — sourced from a 3rd-generation, family-run, single-estate vineyard near Cornuda village at the foot of the Dolomites. 85% GLERA & 15% PINOT NOIR — CRAFTED WITH PRECISION – The Glera is softly pressed and immediately separated from its skins to preserve delicate, fresh fruit character. The Pinot Noir undergoes 3–4 days of skin maceration — in the style of red winemaking — to extract its signature pink hue and red-berry depth. Secondary fermentation via the Charmat Method for a minimum of 60 days produces exceptionally fine, creamy bubbles. 90 POINTS FROM DECANTER — A CUT ABOVE THE STANDARD – Decanter magazine rated this Prosecco Rosé 90 points, praising its fruit and finesse. 100% vegan, low sugar at just 10g/l residual, and produced using sustainable methods. Where most UK supermarket Prosecco is mass-produced from blended sources, The Emissary is made from a single-estate vineyard with only one winemaking family's expertise going into every bottle. COLLI ASOLANI HILLSIDE TERROIR — VENETO, ITALY – The vineyards grow at the foot of the Colli Asolani hills in the Treviso province, where the particular blend of silt, clay and sand produces a fuller, more complex Prosecco with finer bubbles than lowland DOC vineyards. The mild, temperate microclimate and excellent sun exposure create the ideal conditions for September's careful harvest — grapes selected at peak ripeness. DELICATE PINK · ROSE & RED BERRY · CRISP FINE PERLAGE – Aromas of rose and eglantine rise from the glass, followed by vibrant notes of red berry and a lively, fresh palate with elegant, lingering bubbles. Serve well-chilled in a flute or coupe. Perfect for aperitivo, al fresco lunches, brunches, and celebrations. A brilliant gift for Prosecco lovers, birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings.
