That is room for a full name, a mobile number and a postcode. WHAT TO PUT ON A UK DOG TAG - In public, a dog's collar or tag must carry the owner's name and address. A phone number is optional but is what gets a lost dog home fastest. Put your name and number on the back and your dog's name on the front, and it is done in one line each.
