THREE WRENS KEY LIME PIE EDITION… The world’s first gin to be vapour infused with Biscoff, this is a special limited release born out of our love for citrus gins and this famous, zesty dessert. After being infused with biscoff, the spirit is distilled with gin botanicals including juniper, meadowsweet and lime leaf, before fresh lime zest is steeped in the finished gin for 48 hours. TASTING NOTES… A zesty gin with an intriguing biscuit base. Unmistakable biscoff on the nose, giving way to bright zesty citrus notes creating a well balanced expression. Hints of vanilla and cheesecake, fresh lime and subtle meadow flowers. AWARD-WINNING GIN... Our Key Lime Pie Edition 70cl Gin is an award-winner, proudly achieving Silver Medal at the World Gin Awards 2022! PREMIUM GIN... Distilling is all about preparation and this is where most of our time is spent. For our lime gin, we toast the oats which are then soaked in the spirit for up to 48 hours before distillation. MASTER DISTILLER... Our master distiller and owner, Nick, has spent 20 years in the drinks & spirits industry, starting in Manchester where he was an award-winning mixologist. Nick harboured a long-standing ambition to create his own gin liqueur and finally took the plunge to open the Three Wrens distillery in August 2019. THREE WRENS DISTILLERY... The location of our distillery is pretty incredible, and we are lucky to be surrounded by outstanding countryside. Ancient woodlands with up to 50 edible plant varieties of roots, shrubs and flowers are all within a few minutes’ walk. We are able to grow our own herbs and flowers to use in the gins we make, picking them from right outside our door.
