These Telescopic Underfloor Vents are ideal for Timloc's Airbrick and ensure optimal airflow beneath suspended ground floors. They adjust vertically for brick courses between 225mm and 375mm (3 to 5 courses), with a minimum cavity width of 50mm. The front grille prevents vermin entry and reduces rain ingress during strong winds. Made with UV-stabilised polypropylene, they're sturdy, tough, and resistant to deterioration and decay. Each vent offers a ventilation area of 6000mm and comes in a sleek black finish. This product is manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
