The Timloc Underfloor Vent Horizontal Front Extension is designed to extend the reach of the underfloor ventilation system, sitting between the telescopic underfloor ventilator and the airbrick to improve airflow beneath suspended floors. It adds 115 mm to accommodate external walls thicker than 102.5 mm and up to 215 mm, making it suitable for thicker brick courses or larger cavities. Constructed from black polypropylene thermoplastic, the extension is lightweight, decay-resistant and built to endure typical building conditions. It does not restrict airflow and can be connected with additional extensions for longer sections. The product is supplied in a box of 20 units, with each extension measuring 60 mm in length, 212 mm in depth and 129 mm in width. It complies with Building Regulations and British Standards, and with NHBC requirements.

Designed for straightforward installation, the extension sits between the ventilator and airbrick, eliminating the need for on-site modifications. It is a purpose-made accessory that supports effective ventilation below ground floors and is compatible with Timloc’s Plastic Airbrick and Telescopic Underfloor Ventilator components.
