This is a single thread woodscrew designed for fastening into timber and man-made boards, or into masonry with the use of a plastic plug. It features a double countersunk head to reduce the likelihood of head shear and aid countersinking, and it is wax lubricated to enhance screw insertion time, provide extra driving torque, and improve corrosion resistance. The screw uses a 40° deep single thread for secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, and a 25° sharp point with a single lead to enable a fast start and smoother thread acceptance. Sizes up to 75 mm are fully threaded, while longer lengths include a 70 mm thread length.
