Timco 5.0 x 40mm Classic Stainless Steel Pan Head Wood Screws are designed for durable performance and excellent corrosion resistance. Made from Austenitic stainless steel (A2-304), these screws are suitable for use in softwoods, hardwoods (when pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic. They are particularly appropriate for corrosive environments or materials with inherent corrosive characteristics, such as Green Oak, and have been tested for salt spray resistance. The screws feature a Pan head with a Pozi drive and are available in sizes up to 75 mm with full threading, while longer lengths have a 70 mm thread section. The product is designed to deliver reliable holding power in both urban and industrial settings where moderate salt exposure is expected.
