Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws 3.5x40

The TIMCO Classic Multi-Purpose Countersunk Gold Woodscrews are designed for versatile use in hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin sheet metal. They feature a double countersunk head to reduce head shear and assist countersinking, and a 25° sharp point to aid penetration. A 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, while a special thread design enhances grip. The screws are made from C10-22 steel and are surface hardened up to 750 HV to resist torque shearing. A new patented molecular lubrication is designed to improve insertion time and offers greater corrosion resistance. They are plated with yellow passivation to provide a corrosion-resistant coating of 5-8 microns, combining durability with effective seating in various materials.
