A 40-degree deep single thread offers secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, complemented by a 25° sharp point to assist easy penetration. The screws use a special thread configuration to deliver exceptional performance and holding power. They are plated with a yellow passivate coating (5–8 microns) for corrosion resistance and are manufactured from C10-22 steel, surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shear. These screws are designed as a multi-purpose fastener suitable for hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin sheet metal, ensuring reliable performance across materials.
