The TIMco Multi-Fix screw is a rapid, light-duty anchoring solution suitable for fixing into concrete, brick, stone, concrete block, and wood. It features a 30mm hi-lo starting thread to aid insertion and debris removal, supporting quick and secure fixing in a variety of substrates. Engineered as a single solution, it replaces traditional fixings such as nylon frame and hammer fixings. Constructed from all steel, the screw measures 7.5mm by 120mm with a 6.0mm drill hole and uses a TX Drive recess (T30) to reduce driver wear and prevent camming-out. It is zinc plated and yellow passivated, improving corrosion resistance, and includes a flat countersunk head with five locking ribs for a clean finish. The serrated V-threads are designed for optimum insertion into masonry types, and the product is designed to conform to BS 7671 standards, supporting wiring systems in fire scenarios by being unlikely to prematurely collapse. This through fixing is suitable for applications such as fixing windows and door frames.
