These screws are designed to secure plasterboard to drywall and ceiling track systems with a maximum material thickness of 0.6 mm. They feature a fine thread and a bugle head, providing a secure fit and a clean finish, with partial threading. The fasteners are manufactured from C10-18 steel and are hardened up to 750 HV to resist torque shear under load. They can be plated in zinc or black phosphate and have been independently tested to recognized standards, including JIS B1125 (1995) and ASTM C1002-89, with a 25 Super Sharp point. Fully threaded up to 50 mm and partially threaded thereafter, these screws are intended for precise installation in plasterboard assemblies and related track systems.
