These exterior silver screws feature a winged, self-tapping thread that reams out timber for strong engagement, with wings that break off upon contact with metal to allow the thread to self-tap into metal. They are sized for a maximum wood-to-metal application of up to 4 mm metal thickness and are finished with a Ruspert coating for durability. The screw has a hex head with a washer and a self-drilling tip, making them suitable for light sectional work in exterior applications. The overall dimensions are 4.8 x 38 mm.
