Description
This product description combines details for a pack of 1000 Solo Woodscrews designed for timber, variants with different passivation, and standardization under BS1210. Manufactured by TIMCO, these screws feature a classic double countersunk head, a special thread configuration for high pull-out resistance, and a sharp 25° point to aid penetration into wood, MDF, chipboard, plastics, and thin sheet metal. They are fully threaded up to 70mm, then partially threaded, and are lubricated to improve insertion time and driving torque while aiding corrosion resistance. The screws are made from C10-18 steel and come with zinc plating at 3 microns, with either Gold Passivation or Yellow Passivation.
