Timloc Plastic Airbrick provides reliable ventilation for suspended ground floors and external walls. Designed for easy assembly, its integral clips allow stacking into 9 x 9 inch and 9 x 6 inch configurations. The unique front grille helps minimise wind-driven rain ingress, while the polypropylene body is UV-stabilised for durability and decay resistance. Each airbrick offers a substantial ventilation area of 6170 mm2 and is BS 5440 Pt 2 compliant, reflecting quality standards. Dimensions are 255 mm in height, 230 mm in width, and 370 mm in depth. Available in Blue/Black and supplied in a box of 20, these airbricks pair well with Timloc underfloor ventilators or cavity sleeves for optimal performance.
