Timloc Plastic Airbrick is a durable ventilation solution designed for use with cavity sleeves and underfloor vent systems. Constructed from UV-stabilised polypropylene, it resists decay and remains robust over time. The airbrick features integral clips that enable stacking to create 9 x 6 inch or 9 x 9 inch configurations, and a stepped front grille that promotes unobstructed airflow while helping to minimise wind-driven rain ingress. Available in colours including white, the airbrick provides a generous ventilation area and is designed to suit a range of installation requirements. It complies with quality standards BS 5440 Pt 2 and, on suitable variants, BS EN 13141-1:2004 area marking. This makes it suitable for enhancing ventilation below suspended ground floors and through external walls, while maintaining a neat appearance in the building fabric.

The design integrates with Timloc’s telescopic underfloor ventilators and cavity sleeves to deliver reliable ventilation performance. Its front grille and stacking capability are tailored to reduce blockages and ensure consistent airflow across multiple units when combined.
