Timloc Plastic Airbrick is a robust ventilation solution designed for use with cavity sleeves and underfloor vent systems. Crafted from UV-stabilised polypropylene, the airbrick is durable and decay resistant, with integral clips that allow easy stacking to create either 9×9 or 9×6 configurations. Its front grille is designed to reduce rain ingress in strong winds, helping maintain effective ventilation below suspended ground floors and through external walls. The product is BS 5440 Pt 2 compliant, and available in a range of colours to suit different homes.

Designed for straightforward installation, these airbricks are intended to be used in conjunction with Timloc telescopic underfloor ventilators or cavity sleeves, providing essential ventilation while helping to protect against weather ingress. The front face carries an equivalent area marking aligned with BS EN 13141-1:2004, ensuring recognised performance standards. Each unit features generous ventilation suitable for various external wall applications, and the product is supplied in a box of 20 in brown.
