The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is designed for use with 100-102.5mm thick block, stone, or brick external walls. It is ideal for water discharge over external lintels, ground floor slab drainage, and integrates seamlessly with the Timloc cavity tray system. The full-size vent matches standard brick, block, and stonework heights for a discreet finish. Available in terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey, and black, it complements existing brick or mortar colours. The weep vent has an integral front grille to prevent large insects from entering, while ensuring reliable water discharge and 165mm2 free airflow per unit. Its dimensions are 65mm height x 10mm width x 100mm length. For flexibility, the Timloc weep extension can be added for longer lengths.
