Description
The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is a multi-function vent designed for external walls of 100–102.5 mm thickness, suitable for block, stone or brick construction. It supports water discharge over external lintels and ground floor slab drainage, and integrates with the Timloc cavity tray system. The full-size vent aligns with standard brick, block and stonework heights for a discreet finish, and it is available in a range of colours to suit brick or mortar tones.
It is designed to provide cavity ventilation while ensuring reliable water discharge, helping to prevent moisture buildup in external walls.
It is constructed from polypropylene for robust performance and can be extended with extension pieces for longer lengths. It is available in multiple colours to complement existing brick or mortar colours, including terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey and black.
