Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent Clear is a polypropylene vent designed for cavity ventilation and moisture management in external walls. Supplied in a box of 50, it provides a practical solution for removing trapped moisture and promoting air flow to help prevent damp and mould. Clear in colour, the vent blends with a range of wall finishes and is suitable for both new builds and renovations. The product is multi-function, discharging water from inside cavity walls while helping to maintain the integrity of the wall structure. Its durable construction supports reliable performance over time in demanding building applications.

The vent features an integral front grille that helps prevent entry by large nesting insects, and its design is less prone to pointing up compared with simple weep holes. Longer lengths can be created by using extension pieces, enabling flexible installation to suit different cavity depths. The vent measures 65 x 10 x 100 mm and weighs approximately 2.34 pounds.
