TIMCO DV1 Timloc Drill Vent Cavity Ventilator and Drainage Weeps Clear Natural Pack 50

Timloc Refurbishment Vents are retrofitted external cavity wall vents designed to improve ventilation for timber-framed structures and rendered finishes. They are suitable for retrospective installation to address insufficient or obstructed wall weeps, providing an effective airflow solution while helping to manage wind-driven rain and insects. The circular design offers an equivalent ventilation area of 198 mm, and the vents are available in natural, buff, and terracotta finishes to blend with brick or mortar. Installation is quick and straightforward for both high- and low-level cavity walls. Each vent features a 25 mm drilling hole and an 80 mm length, and is supplied in boxes of 50 for practical replacement or retrofit projects.
